Shipping options & processing
Orders are prepared with premium packaging and shipped from our fulfillment partner. Processing times and delivery windows are listed below.
Order processing
Processing time is typically 1–2 business days. During new launches and seasonal peaks, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch for standard shipping. Expedited options (when available) are shown at checkout.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method. Any free-shipping promotions will be applied automatically when eligible.
Tracking & delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist.
Returns & exchanges
If something is not quite right, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition.
To be eligible, items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Final-sale items, gift cards, and items showing signs of wear are not eligible. Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Do you ship internationally?
International availability depends on destination and carrier coverage. If your country is supported, it will appear as an option at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or return at no additional cost.
Are returns free?
Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect. Any applicable fees will be communicated during the return process.
How do exchanges work?
If an exchange is available, we will help you secure the correct size or color. In some cases, we may recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a faster turnaround.
